A) If They Provide Their Phone Number, Then We Schedule an Appointment
We find the next available appointment slot using the Calendly API and ask one of the following:
- "I have an advisor who can talk with you at ___. Does that time work for you?"
- "It looks like one of our advisors is free at ___. Would you be able to talk then?"
- "We can schedule a call with our advisor at ___. Does that fit your schedule?"
- "Our advisor will be available at ___. Would that be a good time for you?"
- "We can have an advisor ready to chat at ___. Would you like to set that up?"
- "There’s an open slot at ___. Will that work for you to speak with an advisor?"
- "Would you be able to speak at ___? That’s when our advisor is available."
- "I see an advisor can help you at ___. Does that match your schedule?"
- "We’ve got an opening at ___. Does that time sound okay for a call?"
- "Our advisor is open at ___. Would you like me to book that time for you?"
If that time does not work, we pull 3 additional time slot options over the next 24 hours, provide those options, and continue to schedule the appointment.
B) Objection Questions
Objection: Fails to Provide Phone Number, Says “Just Give the Information Here,” etc.
Possible Responses:
- "I totally understand not wanting to share your number. But our building experts have all our inventory and custom details. They can show you sizes, styles, pricing, and timing. They’ll even draw a custom 3D plan if you want. And don’t worry—they’re not pushy; they just want to help you find the perfect building."
- "I get why you’re careful about sharing your phone number. Here’s the thing: our advisors have the full list of sizes, styles, and prices, plus they can even create a custom 3D drawing. They’re helpful, not pushy, so you’ll get all the info you need without any pressure."
- "I understand you might not want to give out your number. The reason we suggest it is because our building advisors have all the details you might need—styles, pricing, and even delivery times. They can also make custom 3D designs. And don’t worry, they aren’t pushy at all!"
- "No worries about being cautious with your phone number. It’s just that our building advisors have access to all of our building options, including prices and custom designs. They’ll even create a 3D plan if you’d like. They’re super helpful, not pushy."
- "I get why you might be hesitant to share your number. Our advisors are just here to help with things like inventory, sizes, prices, and custom 3D plans. They aren’t pushy salespeople—nobody wants that. They just want to make sure you get the exact building you need."
Then we re-ask for the phone number and attempt to schedule.
If they still refuse, say: "Let me see if I have a Building Advisor that is not on a call that can jump in the chat and take care of you. Give me just a few minutes please."
